The dashboard is the first page after signing in. It shows what needs attention now:  - The number of open incidents, planned maintenance in the next 7 days, failing probes and probe polls used this hour against the limit of the tenant. - "Open Incidents": each with its phase and a button "Update". - "Components Not Operational": each with its state, the source of the state and since when. - "Probes Failing": each with the detail of its last failure. - "Quick Actions": "New incident" and "Plan maintenance".
