Readers receive the incidents and maintenance of a status page by e-mail. A subscription is made as follows: - Choose "Subscribe to updates" in the top bar of the status page. - The form "Subscribe to Updates" opens. - Enter the e-mail address. - Choose all components, or the components, groups and tags to follow. - Choose whether to receive planned maintenance as well. - Submit the form. - Open the link in the confirmation e-mail. The subscription starts only after this confirmation. ![The form "Subscribe to Updates" with the e-mail address and the choice of components, groups and tags.](20261106-status-subscribe.png) Every message holds a link to change the subscription and a link to unsubscribe with one click. A subscriber who follows a tag receives the components of that tag, also components that get the tag later. ## Webhooks A program can follow a status page through a webhook: an HTTPS address that receives every change as JSON. A webhook is registered by an operator through the [[Invantive Cloud Status/Interfaces/Management API|management API]] with a shared secret. Every request carries the header `X-Status-Signature` with `sha256=` followed by the HMAC-SHA256 of the body in hexadecimal, computed with the secret. A failed delivery is tried again. The subscribers of a tenant are listed under [[Invantive Cloud Status/Menu/Subscribers|Subscribers]].
