The form "Partitions" lists the partitions of the registered [[Data Containers|data containers]]. A partition is a unit of data within the platform of a data container, such as an administration or a company. The values are registered on Invantive Cloud and can not be changed from this form. ## List The list is opened in two ways: - The "Partitions" card on the setup dashboard opens the partitions of all data containers the current user is authorised for. The card shows their number. - The "Partitions" button on the details form of a [[Data Containers|data container]] opens the partitions of that data container only. Each row shows the code of the partition, its description, the city, country, VAT number and Chamber of Commerce number reported by the platform, the outcome and moment of the last compliance check, and the moments the partition was registered and last changed. The list opened from the dashboard also shows the alias of the data container, the name of the [[Databases|database]] and, for a user authorised for more than one organisation, the name of the organisation. ## Details Clicking a row opens the details form of the partition. All fields are read-only: - Code: the code of the partition on the platform, such as a division code. - Description, Business Type Code, Business Type Description, Legislation and Template Code: the description and the classification of the partition on the platform. - Company Address Line 1 to 3, Company Postal Code, Company City, Company State and Company Country: the address of the partition. - Company CoC Number, CoC Establishment, Company VAT Number, Tax Office Number and Tax Reference Number: the registration numbers of the partition. - SBI Code and SBI Description: the activity classification of the partition. - Company Email Address, Company Phone, Fax and Company Website: the contact details of the partition. - Compliance Check Outcome, Last Compliance Check (UTC), Compliance Check Count, Compliance Success Count, Compliance Failure Count, and the first and last moments of a passed and of a failed check: the compliance checks registered on the partition. - Compliance Check Message: the message of the last compliance check. - Unique ID, Created (UTC) and Last Modified (UTC): the identification and the registration moments of the partition. The links "Data Container" and "Database" open the details forms of the data container and of the database the partition belongs to. ## Authorisation The card, the button and the forms require the same authorisation as the data containers. A user who can see the data containers of an organisation can see their partitions. The partition forms are available from release 27.0.
