The Currency Tools report a problem in a window with a message code, the message and, where a step helps, what to do about it. The message codes of the Currency Tools themselves start with `xxvt`; a code starting with `itgen` comes from the underlying Invantive products. ## Error Window The error window holds, from top to bottom: - The title bar with the name of the application and a cross, which closes the window. - The error sign with the message code, and the message in full. A web address in the message is a link. - The block "What You Can Do", when the message comes with a step to solve it. - The request ID with a button which copies it. The request ID identifies the request when asking for help on the Invantive community forums. - Topics on the forums which can help to solve the problem. The icon before each topic shows whether it is an article, an open question or an answered question. A topic in a language other than the language of the user interface is marked with its language. - An invitation to ask the question on the forums, with a link to them. - The panel "Details", closed at first, with the message ID, the time it occurred in UTC and the request. Its button "Copy Message" copies the full message for a question on the forums. - The buttons "Details", which opens or closes that panel, "Reload Page", shown only when the problem can be solved by loading the page again, and "OK", which closes the window. The window keeps the buttons in view on a small screen; the part above them scrolls. ## Log On and Account The following messages concern logging on and the account: - `xxvt029`: Log on must be completed before using Currency Toolkit modules. Log on first; see [[Invantive Currency Tools for Exact Online/Log on|Log on]]. - `xxvt004`: Could not update information for an Exact Online user on a data container. Log on again; ask for help on the forums when the message returns. - `xxvt013`: Import blocked due to overdue payment. Check and pay the open invoices on Invantive Cloud. - `xxvt014`: Import blocked due to a block on your organisation. Contact Invantive Finance and quote the ID in the message. - `xxvt030` and `xxvt031` with the title "Usage Blocked": the use of the Currency Tools is blocked due to a block on the organisation or due to a payment issue. ## Import Exchange Rates The following messages concern the criteria of [[Import Exchange Rates]]: - `xxvt005` and `xxvt018`: At least one Exact Online company must be selected. Add one or more companies to the selection. - `xxvt006`: At least one currency must be selected. Add one or more currencies to the selection. - `xxvt007`: Number of days to load is missing. Specify the number of days. - `xxvt015`: Number of days to load is not a number. Specify the number of days as a whole number. - `xxvt008`: Number of days to load must be positive. Specify a positive number of days. - `xxvt009`: Test run must be either 'true' or 'false'. This occurs only with an edited link; check the value of `testrun` in the address. - `xxvt010` and `xxvt011`: The reference date does not match the date mask 'YYYY-MM-DD'. Specify the reference date in that mask; this occurs only with an edited link. - `xxvt012`: The reference date must be in the past or today. Specify another reference date. - `xxvt030`: The following Exact Online companies are unknown. Remove the listed companies from the selection; they are no longer accessible or were typed in the link. - `xxvt031`: The following currencies are not available on Exact Online. Remove the listed currencies from the selection. - `xxvt033`: Exact Online companies must all be located in a supported country. Remove the listed companies from the selection; see [[Invantive Currency Tools for Exact Online/Service Area|Service Area]]. - `xxvt017`: The company data must exist for selected Exact Online companies, but some data is missing. Acquire sufficient privileges in Exact Online for the listed companies. ## Currencies The following messages concern the list of currencies on the form of [[Import Exchange Rates]]: - `xxvt047`: The list of currencies can only be determined when there is at least one company available. Make sure that one of the listed companies is made available for use. - `xxvt049`: Companies exist, but all are blocked for compliance reasons. Check the criteria in [[Invantive Currency Tools for Exact Online/Service Area|Service Area]]. - `xxvt048`: There are no currencies defined in the Exact Online company with the code shown. The hint gives the number of currencies defined in the company, of which none is available for use. - `xxvt050`: Currencies of the Exact Online company are not registered in the Currency Tools. The hint lists at most ten of them. Report the message on the forums, so the currencies can be registered. ## Reports The following messages concern [[Dutch ICP Transactions]] and [[Foreign Currency Transactions]]: - `xxvt027` and `xxvt028`: The date range is empty, because "Date to" is not later than "Date from".
