The drive is read-only until changes are allowed. Files can then be opened and copied, but nothing is written to Exact Online or another platform. The setting applies to every database. Changes are allowed as follows: - Choose "Settings". - Expand "Advanced settings". - Switch on "Allow changes in the platforms: create, rename and delete files and folders". A file that was not uploaded because the drive is read-only shows "Allow changes…" in the menu of its line on the page "Sync activity". Choosing it opens the same setting.
