The "Legal Forms" screen registers and changes legal forms. The legal form of a company, enterprise or organisation is the legal structure in which the enterprise is set up. The simplest legal form is the sole proprietorship. The sole proprietor owns and runs the business, and the profit or loss of the enterprise equals the profit or loss of the entrepreneur. In more complex legal forms, the enterprise and its owners or operators are more clearly separated. The legislation of each country determines which legal forms are possible. The screen contains the following fields: - "Code": The unique code of the legal form. - "Description": The description of the legal form. - "Sort Order": A numeric value that determines the order of the legal forms when a screen shows them in a list box. - "Explanation": An explanation of the legal form.
