The "Person Roles" screen registers and changes person roles. The screen contains the following fields: - "User Invantive Producer": The name of the user in Invantive Producer under which the person works. Enter a name only if the person has access to the screens of Invantive Producer in the menu "Application Development". - "Administrator": The user appears in the list of administrators in the screen where projects are uploaded if this box is checked (see [[Invantive Estate/Subjects/Finance/Projects|General Project Data]]). - "Project developer": The user can edit the data of the project, such as orders, if this box is checked. - "Time Writer": The user appears in the list of persons who are allowed to write hours if this box is checked (see [[Invantive Estate/Subjects/Finance/Hours|Time Records]]). - "Process Holder": The user appears in the list of process holders in the screen where processes are registered if this box is checked (see [[Invantive Estate/Subjects/Budget Control/Processes|Processes]]). - "Signs Timesheets": The user appears in the list of timesheet signers in the project screen if this box is checked (see [[Invantive Estate/Subjects/Finance/Projects|Projects]]). - "Process Detector": The user appears in the list of process reporters in the screen where processes are registered if this box is checked (see [[Invantive Estate/Subjects/Budget Control/Processes|Processes]]). - "Unit": A reference to a unit as registered in [[Invantive Estate/Subjects/Finance/Units|Units]]. - "Working Schedule": A reference to the working schedule of the application as registered in [[Invantive Estate/Subjects/Administration/Working Schedules|Working Schedules]]. - "Internal Rate": A reference to the internal tariff of the person as registered in [[Invantive Estate/Subjects/CRM/Persons|Persons]]. The screen also contains the following fields: - "Name": The name of the user as registered in [[Invantive Estate/Subjects/CRM/Persons|Persons]]. - "Organization": The name of the organisation that represents the user as registered in [[Invantive Estate/Subjects/CRM/Organizations|Organizations]].
