The "Price Lists" screen registers and changes price lists. A price list has a tree structure, just like [[Invantive Estate/Subjects/Advanced/Menus|Menus]]. It consists of a set of prices for [[Invantive Estate/Subjects/Finance/Units|Units]] and of other price lists. A price list can therefore be built from other price lists. The first example consists of two price lists and a general price list that includes both: - Price list "sales products": PC € 100,--. - Price list "sales hours": 1 hour Aeilkema = € 70,--. - Price list "sales general": includes "sales products" and "sales hours". The second example consists of three price lists and a general price list that includes all three: - Price list "sales glass domes": 1.5m X 1.5m = € 226,--. - Price list "rental trailers": 1 day € 250. - Price list "rental platforms": daily price € 148.50. - Price list "sales general": includes "sales glass domes", "rental trailers" and "rental platforms". The screen contains the following fields: - "Code": The unique alphanumeric code that identifies the price list. - "Description": The description of the price list. - "Associate Indicator": An indicator that shows how the price list can be used. - "Explanation": A possible explanation.
