The "Process Note Categories" screen registers and changes process note categories. A process note category is a group of process notes (see [[Invantive Estate/Subjects/Budget Control/Processes|processes]]). Common categories are "Email", "Telephone" and "Project Group". The screen contains the following fields: - "Code": The code of the process note category. - "Description": The description of the process note category. - "Sort Order": A numeric value that determines the order of the categories when a screen shows them in a list box. - "Explanation": A possible explanation.
