The "Project Phases" screen registers and changes project phases. A project is divided into phases, and the current project phase shows how far the project has progressed. Typical project phases are acquisition, development and realisation. The screen contains the following fields: - "Code": The code of the project phase. - "Description": The description of the project phase. - "Sort Order": A numeric value that determines the order of the project phases when a screen shows them in a list box. - "Explanation": A possible explanation. - "Icon (URL)": The relative URL of the icon of the project phase. The icon must be 16 pixels high and 16 pixels wide. - "Modifications Hours": Changes to the hour registrations are possible if this box is checked. - "Allow Non End Status Timesheets": Hours from the hour registration that have not reached the end status are allowed if this box is checked.
