The "Project Statuses" screen registers and changes project statuses. The project status is a brief summary of the overall condition of the project, plus a textual explanation of the entire project. The explanation tells the story behind the figures and the progress. Short explanations of cost categories, and of budget overruns on a cost category, can be entered in [[Invantive Estate/Subjects/Budget Control/Comment Deviation|Comment Deviation]]. The screen contains the following fields: - "Status Indicator": A list that classifies a project into one of six classes, based on progress and budget control. - "Date of Last Review": The date of the last review of the project. - "Next Review": The date of the next review of the project. - "Status": A textual explanation of the status of the project. In principle the explanation has a free format. The blue arrow below the field offers standard formats (templates) when the organisation makes them available. The screen also contains the following fields: - "Code": A reference to a project code as registered in [[Invantive Estate/Subjects/Finance/Projects|Projects]]. - "Name": A reference to a project name as registered in [[Invantive Estate/Subjects/Finance/Projects|Projects]]. - "Project developer": A reference to the responsible project developer as registered in [[Invantive Estate/Subjects/Finance/Projects|Projects]]. - "Product Group Director": A reference to the responsible product group director of the project as registered in [[Invantive Estate/Subjects/Finance/Projects|Projects]]. - "City": The city in which the project is executed, as registered in [[Invantive Estate/Subjects/Finance/Projects|Projects]]. - "Project Phase": The phase of the project as registered in [[Invantive Estate/Subjects/Finance/Projects|Projects]].
