The "Roles" screen registers and changes roles. A role is a function within an organisation that a person can perform, for example "Project Developer". Rights are assigned to a role in [[Invantive Estate/Subjects/Administration/Role Authorisations|Role Authorisations]]. The role is then assigned to the users who perform the function in [[Invantive Estate/Subjects/Administration/User Roles|User Roles]]. The screen has the following entry fields: - "Role": The code of the role. - "Description": The description of the role. - "All Projects Visible": When checked, every user with this role can see all projects. - "Change all Projects": When checked, every user with this role can edit all projects. - "see all process notes": When checked, every user with this role can see all process notes. - "See All Anniversaries": When checked, every user with this role can see all birthdays. - "See All Documents": When checked, every user with this role can see all documents. - "Explanation": An optional explanation.
