The "User Roles" screen registers and changes the roles of users. A user with a role has all rights that belong to the role. The rights are defined in [[Invantive Estate/Subjects/Administration/Role Authorisations|Role Authorisations]] and [[Invantive Estate/Subjects/Administration/Roles|Roles]]. The user roles also define which [[Invantive Estate/Subjects/Advanced/Menu Items|Menu Items]] a user can see. During implementation, the example roles supplied with the product can be used directly. Copying these roles is preferred. Example roles have the prefix "Example" in the role code. The screen has the following entry fields: - "Name": The name of the user. - "Role": The assigned role.
