The fields are: - "Code": The code of the intended value that was used. - "Date Valid": The time at which the test was performed. - "Ist Value": The outcome of the test. - "Integrity Proved": Checked when the "Ist Value" meets the intended value. - "Difference Accepted": Checked when the integrity is proven. Also checked when a difference was found and a user approved the difference manually. - "Explanation": The reason why the difference was approved.
