The "Interactions" screen shows interactions. An interaction is an activity that a user executes with Invantive Estate. This is usually a request for data via a screen or the opening of a report. Each interaction records who executed it (logon code), when (point in time), in which screen (module), from which PC (machine) and which action (query). Each interaction also receives an ascending interaction number. Finally, each interaction refers to the last assigned transaction number. This creates a chronological dependency between transactions and interactions and shows which information was available at the time of the request. The screen has no entry fields. The fields are: - "Username": The user name as registered in [[Invantive Estate/Subjects/CRM/Persons|Persons]]. - "Module": The module used for the interaction. - "Machine": The IP address of the computer that generated the interaction. - "Query": The query that the user requested. - "URL": The URL of the screen from which the interaction was requested. - "Action": The action that the interaction initiated. - "Interaction": A unique numeric code that serves as a unique index. Its value equals the column ID. - "Time": The date and time at which the interaction was requested. - "Last Transaction": The number of the last transaction. - "Database Session": A unique alphanumeric value that identifies the session. - "Database Session": The database session ID. It specifies the unique database session at a given moment in time. - "Database Session Serial": Together with the database session number, it specifies a unique database session until the database system restarts, regardless of the moment in time. A database session number can be reused after some time and is therefore not unique by itself. The combination with the database session serial number is unique. - "Database Audit Session": The ID that links to the session in the database audit trail. - "Project Versions": The project versions filter that applied at the moment of the interaction.
