The "Invoices Interface" screen exchanges invoice data with an ERP system. The ERP system transfers data into load tables in Invantive Estate. The interface screens edit the data in these load tables and save the edited data into target tables. [[Invantive Estate/Subjects/Advanced/Profile Options|Profile Options]] manage the process that loads the load tables and the process that saves the data of the load tables into the target tables. The entry fields of the interface screens take internal codes. To indicate the gender of a person, for example, use `M` for male and `F` for female. The entry fields are: - "Invoice": An invoice. A supplier can send an invoice, it can be sent to a client or the ledger system can create it. An invoice can contain several [[Invantive Estate/Subjects/Finance/Invoice Lines|Invoice Lines]]. - "Payment Term (days)": The payment period of the invoice in days. The cash flow calculation uses this information. - "Invoice Date": The date as registered on the invoice. - "Description": An explanation of the invoice. - "Supplier Reference": The unique feature of the invoice of the sender. The field can register the invoice number of the supplier when the code of the invoice follows its own invoice numbering. - "Organization Code": The unique code of the organisation (supplier) that sent the invoice or of the customer to which the invoice was sent. For journal entries from the general ledger, choose a generic supplier or buyer. ## Cash Flow The following fields relate to the cash flow: - "Expected Maturity": The date on which the cash flow for this order is expected to begin. - "Expected Maturity End": The date on which the cash flow for this order is expected to finish. The maturity date is only relevant if the cash flow projection method needs it. ## Loading Information The following fields relate to the loading of the record: - "Unique reference in Source System": The reference that identifies the record in the system of origin. - "Group in Originating System": The reference to a group of records in the system of origin. Grouping of records often validates the loading process through application control. - "Loading Message": A message on the most recent action of loading the record. - "Loading Status": Status information about the loading process of the record. `E` means error and `C` means completed. The ERP processing automatically deletes the completed load statuses at its end. - "Loaded": The point in time at which the ERP interface loaded the record. ## Other Fields The other fields are: - "Id": The technical code that identifies the invoice.
