The "Purge Retrieved General Ledger Information" screen deletes transferred invoices and invoice lines. In incidental cases, data in the ERP system changes after Invantive Estate has processed it, for example: - When the administrations in the ERP system are recovered with a backup, changed and subsequently processed again. - When, after closing, mutations are entered in the general ledger because the period is opened. In all these cases, the situation in Invantive Estate no longer matches the ERP system. The signal list in [[Invantive Estate/Subjects/Advanced/ERP Jobs|ERP Jobs]] shows such problems as errors. To bring the data up to date, this screen turns back the general ledger mutations from the ERP system to the state of a past date. For each interface job, the screen shows how much data has been transferred. These numbers are limited to information related to projects in the filter. Selecting and deleting the job deletes all invoice lines related to projects in the filter. The corresponding invoices are only removed when they no longer have invoice lines.
