The "Retrieve Data" screen retrieves data from the ERP system. The retrieval does not modify or delete data within the ERP system. The ERP system provides the realisation figures that Invantive Estate uses. The following data is uploaded: - Cost categories. - Revenues. - Persons. - Organisations. - Mutations ledger (debtors, creditors, memorial). The data can be retrieved from [[Invantive Estate/Subjects/Administration/Associated Master Administrations|Associated Master Administrations]] or from all ERP administrations to which Invantive Estate is connected through [[Invantive Estate/Subjects/Administration/Associated Financial Administrations|Associated Financial Administrations]]. When data is exchanged, the program checks whether the data is already present. When the data is not present, it is uploaded from the ERP system, stored and added to Invantive Estate. When the data is already present, the action depends on the kind of data: - Cost categories: changing the description is accepted. Other changes are not accepted. - Revenues: all changes are accepted. - Persons: changing a name is accepted. Other changes are not accepted. - Organisations: changing a name is accepted. Other changes are not accepted. - General ledger mutations: a warning is printed that the entry has changed after processing and retrieving. No changes are accepted. The screen [[Invantive Estate/Subjects/Advanced/ERP Jobs|ERP Jobs]] shows all messages of the processing. Retrieving data is an intensive process. The process therefore automatically gets a lower priority when other users are active. ## Time of Processing The total processing of all data from the ERP system can take several minutes when the filter is not set. To process only a few corrections in the general ledger, the filter can be set to the projects to which these mutations refer. Only data of the projects in the filter is processed. [[Invantive Estate/Subjects/Advanced/Profile Options|Profile Options]] set the way the data is collected. ## Signal List The process adds the data that was not yet added. The process also compares the data in the ERP system to the data saved in Invantive Estate. Possible deviations are saved as a signal list in the output of the process.
