The "Revenue Interface" screen exchanges revenues with an ERP system.
The entry fields have the following meaning:
- "Project": The project of which the revenue is part. The value is a combination of project code and project name.
- "Cost Type": The cost category on which the revenue is registered. Different cost categories are often used for different types of units. Only cost categories from the master roll up of the type "Revenues" can be chosen.
- "Contract": The contract for the grouping of a revenue. Two revenues cannot share the same contract.
- "Category": The type of revenue. See also [[Invantive Estate/Subjects/Administration/Revenue Types|Revenue Types]].
- "Address 1": The address where the revenues are earned.
- "Address 2": An alternative address where the revenues are realised.
- "City": The place where the revenues are realised.
- "#Units": The number of units, expressed in units related to the category. Houses are generally expressed in "Numbers", while "Commercial Space" is expressed in `m2`.
- "Budgeted Result": The budgeted result of the unit.
- "Multiple Periods": Indicates whether more than one invoice is sent to charge the agreed revenue. When "1 period" is selected and the field "Realised Revenues" is empty or has another value, the first invoice of this revenue counts as the realised revenue.
- "Charged by Hour": When selected, the activities are charged by hour.
- "Description": A description of the products, activity or situation to which the revenues relate.
- "Explanation": An informative explanation, such as the expected start or duration of the rental period.
## Realization
The group "Realization" contains the following fields:
- "Planned Start of Realization": The planned date to start realisation.
- "Planned End Date of Delivery": The planned date of handover of the units.
- "End of Construction": The actual end date of construction of the units.
- "Realised Revenues": The realised revenue per unit. This field is filled in as soon as the contractual agreement is signed. Reports can show a different contract revenue than entered here when "1 period" is selected in the field "Multiple Periods" and an invoice with contract is sent. In that case, reports always show the total invoice amount instead of the realised revenues entered here.
- "Planned Date Sales": The expected date on which the customer signs the sales contract.
- "Date Realization Sale": The date on which the sales contract was signed.
- "Buyer": The name of the buyer.
## Cash Flow
The group "Cash Flow" contains the following fields:
- "Expected Maturity End": The date on which the cash flow for this revenue is expected to finish. The maturity date is only relevant when the cash flow projection method needs it.
- "Expected Maturity": The date on which the cash flow for the revenue is expected to begin.
## Loading Information
The group "Loading Information" contains the following fields:
- "Unique Reference in Source System": The reference that identifies the record in the system of origin.
- "Group in Originating System": The reference to a group of records in the system of origin. The grouping of records often validates the loading process through application control.
- "Loading Message": Status information about the loading process of the record.
- "Loading Status": Status information about the loading process of the record. `E` means error and `C` means completed. The completed load statuses are deleted automatically at the end of the ERP processing.
- "Loaded": The point in time at which the ERP interface loaded the record.
The following field is display-only:
- "Id": The technical code that identifies the revenue.
