The subject "Persons" registers persons and their properties. A person is a physical person who uses Invantive Estate (a "user") or whose data is registered in Invantive Estate. A person can be an employee of the organisation, but also a relationship with a supplier or a private individual. A person with a username can use the application. To use reports or screens, the person needs roles (see [[Invantive Estate/Subjects/Administration/Role Authorisations|Role Authorisations]]) and possibly access to projects (see [[Invantive Estate/Subjects/Administration/Project Authorisations|Project Authorisations]]). A special user named "system" exists. Normally, this user only installs the application or its newer versions and creates the first users.
