- "Project Type": The type of the project.
There are three possible project types:
- An individual project: this may include financial data and reporting.
- A subproject: this may include financial data and reporting. Moreover, it can be consolidated and reported within a master project.
- A master project: it is not possible to include independent financial data and reporting. However, the numbers of the underlying subprojects can be consolidated and reported.
The remaining entry fields are:
- "Cost Category Postfix": The suffix that makes the cost category of each subproject unique in consolidated reporting. The suffix must be unique for all subprojects within the main project.
- "Master project": The master project of a subproject. This field is only available for subprojects, and it is obligatory for them. With consolidated reporting, all financial figures are merged within the master project. The choice whether to merge is made in [[Invantive Estate/Subjects/Advanced/Preferences|My Preferences]].

At the end of the realisation, the administration uses this setting to release all free budget space on cost category to offset deficits elsewhere. Setting this field back to the budget level quickly restores the defaults on the budgets.
- "Release deviation on Contract": The default setting for all budgets: release the deviations on contract budgets, do not release them, or use the setting at budget level. If the Filter selects all projects, all orders of order takers are shown. A chosen order taker must then have a code that starts with "025". A longer filter gives an error message.
- "Filter Invoice Parties": A filter that controls at project level which invoices can be linked to the project. Example: the filter for invoice organisations is "^025" and the Filter selects only the project that is being worked on. Then only the orders from invoice organisations whose code starts with "025" are shown. If the Filter selects all projects, all orders of invoice organisations are shown. A chosen invoice must then have a code that starts with "025". If the code does not start with "025", saving the project data gives an error. The filter is a regular expression (see the Oracle SQL Reference) with a maximum length of 512 characters. A longer filter gives an error message.
- "<layout> tag": Section with the names of the project in lists.
