This report shows the financial status at project level and at master roll up level. Every report of the financial project overviews has a standard heading per project. The fields in the heading have the following meaning: - "Code": The project to which this page refers. - "Name": The name of the project. - "City": The city in which the project is realised. - "Phase": The current project phase. - "Product group": The product group to which the project belongs. - "Free Field 1and Free Field 2": Informative fields for free use. - "Project developer": The responsible project developer. - "Product Group Director": The responsible product group director. - "Financial Administrator": The responsible administrator. - "Legal Structure": The legal structure under which the project is realised. - "Cooperation with": A possible cooperation agreement. - "Released Budget": The released budget. - "Risk Percentage": The risk percentage. - "Success Percentage": The success percentage. - "Exposé Date": The date on which the exposé is approved. - "Start of Realization": The date on which the work has started. - "End of Production": The date on which the project was delivered. - "Shops (m2)": The number of m2 of shops being built. - "Offices (m2)": The number of m2 of offices being built. - "Other (m2)": The number of other m2 being built. - "Houses": The number of houses being built. - "Parking Places": The number of parking places being built. The fields at the top of the page (the so-called level 1 reports) have the following meaning: - "Revenues": The proceeds of the cost category "revenues", split into budget, prognosis and the deviation from the budget. - "Costs": The proceeds of the cost categories "costs", split into budget, prognosis and the deviation from the budget. - "Project Result": The project results, split into budget, prognosis and the deviation from the budget. - "Project Result (%)": The project result as a percentage of the costs, split into budget, prognosis and the deviation from the budget. - "Taken result": The financial results already taken. They consist of posting entries on cost categories of the type "result". In accordance with IFRS, results can be taken during the realisation of the project. - "Possible Remarks": The text "Negative compared to exposé" appears here in red when the expected project result as a percentage is worse than the budgeted result. The fields at the bottom of the page (the so-called level 2 reports) have the following meaning: - "Budget": The budget. - "Orders": The size of the orders placed. - "Invoices with order": The invoices received or sent based on an order placed or on a contractual revenue. - "Invoices without order": The invoices sent or received without an order or a contractual revenue. - "Invoices": The total of the invoices with order and the invoices without order. - "Latest estimate.": The total of the latest estimates. - "Available compared to prognosis": The budget still to be spent. - "Open orders": The size of the orders placed for which no invoices with order have been received. - "Prognosis": The prognosis of the final result. - "Deviation": The difference between the prognosis and the budget. - "Contr. revenue": The size of the contractual revenues. - "Budget to be realized": The size of the units still to be sold. - "Open contr. revenue": The size of the contractual revenues for which no invoices with order have been sent.
