The subject "Price Lists" of the navigation tree holds the price lists which conditions refer to. The demonstration database holds nine price lists, such as `system-kosten`, `Algemeen inkoop`, `Algemeen verkoop`, `Verkoop Energetic` and `Stad`. ## List Selecting the node shows the price lists as a [[Invantive Estate/Screens/Lists|list]]: ![[20261025-estate-price-lists-list.png]] The list has the following columns, in the order shown: - "Code" - "Description" - "Associate Indicator" ## Summary Expanding the node lists the price lists as child rows. Selecting a row opens its [[Invantive Estate/Screens/Summaries|summary]] on the right, here for the price list `Algemeen verkoop`: ![[20261025-estate-price-lists-summary.png]] The first tab, "Price List", shows the code, the description, the associate indicator and the explanation of the price list. The summary strip offers the following tabs: - "Price List": the fields of the price list itself. - "Price List Lines (-)": the lines with the prices; empty for this price list. - "Conditions (-)": the conditions which use the price list; empty for this price list. ## Edit Screen "Edit" opens the price list in an [[Invantive Estate/Screens/Edit Screens|edit screen]]: ![[20261025-estate-price-lists-edit.png]] The edit screen has the following fields, in the order shown: - "Code" - "Description" - "Associate Indicator" - "Explanation" The field "Associate Indicator" is a choice list. For the price list shown it reads that the price list can be used for selling (revenues). "Add" on the list opens the same screen with empty fields.
