"Explain Tabs" lists every tab that a summary window can show for its row, with whether it is visible and whether it can be changed, and why. It is on the context menu of a tab header of a summary window, which also opens with `Shift+F10` or the menu key, and on the window menu of a summary window that stands on its own. It needs no right. The window "Tabs of" followed by the subject shows one row per tab, with the columns "Tab", "Visible", "Editable", "Explanation", "Function", "Change Function" and "Message Code". The status line counts the visible tabs, such as "3 of 5 tabs visible.". The explanation names the reason, for instance: - "The tab needs no function right." - "No role of the user grants the function '...'." - "A role of the user grants the function '...' read-only." - "The field '...' of this row is empty, so there is no related row to show." - "The licence does not include the function '...'."
