"Open" shows a row in a summary window of its own: the details of the row, with its related rows on tabs. It is on the context menu of a row in the tree and in a list; a double-click on a row in a list does the same. It needs the right to view the details of that kind of row. The title of the window is the singular label of the kind of row followed by the label of the row, such as "Table - ...".
