An application built on the Invantive Producer platform records who changed what, in three ways: - Every row carries the moment, the user and the screen of its insert and of its last change in its [[Invantive Studio/Repository/Concepts/Standard Columns|standard columns]]. - Every change of a row is registered as a transaction, listed under "Transactions". The number of the transaction is stored in the row, so the origin of an unexpected value can be traced. Transactions are read-only. - Every action of a user through a screen can be registered as an interaction, listed under "Interactions". Interactions are read-only as well, so that misuse can be detected afterwards. Whether transactions and interactions are registered is set under "Settings" with "Register Transactions" and "Register Interactions". The command "Audit" on a row shows who created it and who changed it last, with the moment and the function of both.
