Every table of an application has the same set of standard columns besides its own. [[Invantive Studio/Repository/Concepts/Autocomplete|Autocomplete]] adds them, and the business layer fills most of them. Their names are set per application, so they read differently in an application with Dutch names such as Invantive Estate. ## Identity One column identifies the row: - `id`: the technical primary key, taken from a sequence. ## Audit The audit columns record who changed the row, when and where: - "Created at", "Created by" and "Created in": the moment, the user and the function of the insert. They never change afterwards. - "Updated at", "Updated by" and "Updated in": the moment, the user and the function of the last change. - "Session Created" and "Session Updated": the session that made the insert and the last change. - "Transaction Created" and "Transaction Updated": the number of the [[Invantive Studio/Repository/Concepts/Audit Trail|transaction]] that made the insert and the last change. ## Interfaces The interface columns record where a loaded row came from: - "Original System Reference": the key of the row in the system it was loaded from. It is unique when filled. - "Original System Group": the group of that reference. - "Loaded by Interface at" and "Updated by Interface at": when an interface program loaded and last updated the row. ## Free Columns The free columns are available for site-specific information: - "Free Text Column 1" to "Free Text Column 10": columns that an organisation uses for information only available at its site. - "Free Text Type": a description of what the free columns hold. ## Repository Rows The tables of the repository carry one further column: - "Autocompleted": whether the row was added by autocomplete. Autocomplete removes and recreates such rows on its next run.
