A list shows rows in a grid, with the labels of the columns as headings. Its title is the label of the kind of row with the number of rows, such as "Tables (73)", or "(50+)" while more rows can follow; rows are read in pages as the list is scrolled. ## Toolbar The toolbar of a list offers, where the user holds the right: - "Add": a new row in an edit window. - "Reports": the reports of the function of the list. - [[Invantive Studio/Repository/Commands/Audit|Audit]] and [[Invantive Studio/Repository/Commands/History|History]]. - [[Invantive Studio/Repository/Commands/Refresh|Refresh]], once or at an interval. - [[Invantive Studio/Repository/Lists/Exporting a List|Export]]. ## Context Menu The context menu of a row offers [[Invantive Studio/Repository/Commands/Open|Open]], [[Invantive Studio/Repository/Commands/Edit|Edit]], [[Invantive Studio/Repository/Commands/Copy a Row|Copy]], the reports, "Delete", "Audit" and [[Invantive Studio/Repository/Commands/Similar|Similar]], and further commands for some kinds of row, such as "SQL*Loader" and [[Invantive Studio/Repository/Commands/Selective Copy|Selective Copy...]] on an application. "Delete" asks "Are you sure you want to delete the selected row?" before it deletes. A double-click on a row opens it in its summary window. The lists in the middle pane of Invantive Studio do not allow adding or changing rows in the grid itself; that is done in the property pane or an edit window.
