A [[Invantive Studio/Repository/Concepts/Business Object|business object]] is created as follows: - Open the application in the tree and select its folder "Business Objects". - Choose [[Invantive Studio/Ribbon/Add|"Add"]] and enter the "Code", the "Name", which is the name of the main table followed by `_v`, and the labels. - Choose [[Invantive Studio/Ribbon/Save|"Save"]]. - Open the new business object and add under "Elements" the main table and every table it joins, each with its alias and join; see [[Invantive Studio/Repository/Applications/View Elements|View Elements]]. - Add under "Columns" the columns the business object shows; see [[Invantive Studio/Repository/Applications/View Columns|View Columns]]. [[Invantive Studio/Repository/Commands/Auto Complete|Auto Complete]] creates a business object for every table with all its elements and columns, which then only needs adjusting.
