A user gets access to an application as follows: - Under "Security" in the tree, open "Users" and the user, and select its folder "Application Users". - Choose [[Invantive Studio/Ribbon/Add|"Add"]] and choose the application. - Switch "Changes Allowed" on when the user may also change data of the application. - Choose [[Invantive Studio/Ribbon/Save|"Save"]]. The [[Invantive Studio/Application User Matrix|Application User Matrix]] maintains the access of all users to all applications at once.
