A role is granted a function as follows: - Under "Security" in the tree, open "Roles" and the role, and select its folder "Role Functions". - Choose [[Invantive Studio/Ribbon/Add|"Add"]], choose the function and switch "Changes Allowed" on when the role may also change what the function shows. - Choose [[Invantive Studio/Ribbon/Save|"Save"]]. The [[Invantive Studio/Role Function Matrix|Role Function Matrix]] grants many functions to many roles at once.
