The trace shows what Invantive Studio sends to the database and what it receives, which helps to find the cause of an unexpected result: - Choose [[Invantive Studio/Ribbon/Trace|Trace]] on the tab "Home", or press `Ctrl+O`. - Perform the action to examine; its lines appear in the window "Debug and trace". - Narrow the lines with "Filter", select the relevant ones and choose "Save selected lines" to keep them in a file, for instance to attach to a question on the forum.
