A second main window helps to keep one part of the repository in view while working in another: - Select the node that the second window should start from, such as an application. - Choose [[Invantive Studio/Ribbon/Open in New|Open in New]] on the tab "Home", or press `F12`. The new window has its own tree, starting at the selected node, and closes independently of the first.
