A user is an account that can log on to the applications of the repository. The user `system` has access to all functionality. The users are listed under "Security" as "Users"; each user holds the folders "User Roles", "Application Users" and "Partition Users". The roles of a user are listed as [[Invantive Studio/Repository/Security/User Roles|user roles]] and the applications as [[Invantive Studio/Repository/Applications/Application Users|application users]]. ## Fields The details of an user show these fields: - "Code": Unique alphanumeric code. - "Log On Code": The code with which the user logs on. - "Name": Full name of the user. - "Email Address": Email address of the user. - "Phone Number": Telephone number of the user. - "LDAP User": LDAP user associated with this user. Used to authenticate users. - "Password": Password of the user. - "Documentation": Documentation on the user.
