"Diagnostics..." in the drop-down list of "Help" on the tab "Home" opens the window "Diagnostics" with tools for support. It is also reachable with the wrench button of the [[Invantive Studio/Ribbon/Log In Window|log-on window]]. From release 28.0 and its BETA release 27.1 the key combination is `Ctrl+D`. The window has these tabs: - "Actions": buttons that open the agreement, the preferences and the settings, the settings folder of Invantive, and tools of Microsoft Windows such as "Programs and Features", "Network Connections", "Windows Firewall", "Regional Settings", "Registry Editor", "Task Manager" and "Performance Monitor". - "System": the version of the product and facts on the workstation, such as the operating system, the physical memory and the version of Microsoft .NET. - "Password Manager": for a user with that right. - "Authorizations": every function with whether it is licensed, whether changes are allowed and licensed, and whether it is allowed in the menu. - "Data": stored data that can be cleared, such as remembered passwords and images. - "Logging": logging to the event log of Microsoft Windows, and copying the current trace to the clipboard. - "Event Log": the events of the product.
