"Save" in the group "Edit" of the tab "Home" stores every new and changed row of the tree that has not been saved yet. A row added with [[Invantive Studio/Ribbon/Add|Add]] or changed in the property pane is not stored before "Save" is chosen. When the main window is closed while changes are unsaved, Invantive Studio asks "There are unsaved changes. Do you want to save them?" with "Yes", "No" and "Cancel". The key combination is `Ctrl+S`, and the button with the disk on the quick access toolbar, above the tabs, does the same. Up to and including release 27.0 that button does nothing, and the tooltip of "Save" names `Ctrl+Alt+S`, which does not work either.
