"Trace" in the group "Trace" of the tab "Home" opens the window "Debug and trace", which shows the trace of the product as it is written, as `Ctrl+O` does. A second request brings the open window to the front. The window "Debug and trace": ![[20261004-studio-trace.png]] "Filter" shows only the lines containing a text. "Save selected lines" stores the selected lines in a file ending in `.log`, and "Clear" empties the window. The trace helps to find out what the product sent to the database and what it received.
